Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day and express delivery takes 5 to 15 business days. Shipping is free, and tracking is emailed once your parcel moves.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Express shipping: 5 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. They vary with your location and with factors outside our control, such as carrier delays and customs.

Rates

Shipping is free on every order. The total shown at checkout before you pay is the final one.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Customs fees, import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the parcel to your door.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at forrestmims@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
